John Bettencourt is the best, hands down! Consistent and professional service! His prices are reasonable and a good value. I was very impressed with the fact that he showed up wearing a pressed uniform shirt, his name stitched on a patch and an American flag on it as all his employees do. John was always pleasant and responds quickly. He typically actually answers his phone when I call. He is not about bait and switch or addons. He does it all and even repairs things I managed to break being careless. If you have had the "best price" and realized it's not the best service, John is the best option!

I called John with an emergency: we had just moved into a new rental and had no clue how to operate our pool. After the first night in our new place, we woke up to water spilling from the pump to our pool. It was 6:45am and we couldn't reach our property management Maintenance person so we started calling local pool services to ask how to fix it. John not only answered his phone at 6:45 in the morning, but offered to come out and be at our house in 10 minutes to help us out. But rather than come out and charge us $65 for a service visit, he instructed me over the phone on how to stop the pump and keep the pool from draining. He didn't charge me anything and helped us out of the kindness of his heart. I really appreciate good people in the world like John who could've just made the trip out and charged us, but instead, helped us for nothing in return. Thank you John.
